Monday - Agriculture Career Cluster

Content Objectives: Students will be able to identify and mark where their crop is grown.

Language Objectives: To discuss their map with their peer partner.

Write down the words and definitions for the following words on your daily sheet:

globe

1. Students will identify the top 10 countries where their crop is grown.
2. Students will create a marked world map showing where their crop is grown.
3. Students will look for a pattern in the places their crop is grown.

Tuesday - Agriculture Career Cluster

Content Objectives: Students will be able to create a Google Docs chart showing climate and geography where their crop is grown.

Language Objectives: To discuss the meaning of their findings with their peer partner.

Write down the words and definitions for the following words on your daily sheet:

climate
geography

1. Students will research the climate and geography of the top 10 countries where their crop is grown.
2. Students will capture this information and record it on their papers.
3. Students will enter this information onto their Google Docs in Spreadsheet.
4. Students will examine their information for patterns.
5. Students will create a guess as to what environmental conditions are best for their crops.

Wednesday - Agriculture Career Cluster

Content Objectives: Students will be able to research a famous person in this career cluster.

Language Objectives: To discuss the meaning of our key vocabulary with our partner.
